can you tell me what to do to be sure that i will lose weight? im not extremely overweight but im not where i should be anymore. what do you do to get such great results?
definitely exercise. that’s one of the easiest things you can do. cutting back on food and fatty stuff comes next. start a loseit or myfitnesspal account and start taking note of what you eat to truly see how much goes into your body a day and it will definitely make you want to change. drink loads of water and although your brain will tell you that it’s not okay to eat a cookie or cake or whatever, it’s normal to indulge every once in a while! it keeps you grounded. good luck <3
