definitely exercise. that’s one of the easiest things you can do. cutting back on food and fatty stuff comes next. start a loseit or myfitnesspal account and start taking note of what you eat to truly see how much goes into your body a day and it will definitely make you want to change. drink loads of water and although your brain will tell you that it’s not okay to eat a cookie or cake or whatever, it’s normal to indulge every once in a while! it keeps you grounded. good luck <3
